Over the past two decades, I have led commercial sales and brand development across some of the world’s most inspiring beauty and wellness houses, from established luxury icons to fast-growing challenger brands.
My career has included senior roles at Estée Lauder Companies and Clarins, where I built and managed high-performing retail partnerships, guided teams through periods of transformation, and delivered sustainable growth across complex markets.
Alongside my corporate journey, I also spent eight years running my own beauty business; an experience that deepened my understanding of entrepreneurship, customer connection, and the human side of leadership.
This combination of strategic corporate expertise and entrepreneurial insight allows me to bring a grounded, pragmatic perspective to my consulting work.
